The USCIS EB-2 India commencing October 2026 bulletin is expected to get a chunk of spillover and a larger advance in dates. However there are conflicting reports saying that there are 28000 outstanding EB-2s out of which 5300 are till Dec 2014 which need to be filled up and the spillover, as well as the quota, will not be sufficient for EB-2 India to reach even mid 2014. With respect to Final action dates. The topic has been discussed adnauseun. But considering EB2 utilization in last 8 years , only COVID years were a bonanza. Are we expecting more than COVID or 10% of COVID era Visas? Upto 2013 December 5532 visas are pending and after that another 23000 inventory till Jan 2015. Views and comments requested on how this will pan out . I still stand by my original prediction and conservative date estimates. But will be happy if the optimistic prediction comes true. Look forward to some more perspectives here. ---

Before I start with dates, my prediction on the spill over numbers is 60 - 90K which may or may not be used fully by USCIS (Invariable of that they need to move the dates to accommodate the spill over), I also think any real effect of this spill over will only be seen in Jan Visa bulletin (Mostly due to mid terms and reporting delays from consulates abroad). I also think that next fiscal year will also have at least 60K spillover to EB. ROW demand is still high unlike covid years when not many people from ROW was here imho mainly due to Trump 1.0. I would see the DoF chart for India hit end of 2016, Final action date chart for India to reach June 2015 (all of this for EB3)…EB2 may be few months slower. ---

Any idea for EB2 and EB3 for July 2017 priority date. Is it 5 years or more? ---

By end of 2028 when the current admin’s term will be complete employment based (EB3 / 2) dates for India will reach close to 2020 or even beyond… in the dates of filing (Sorry, I cannot say how many of them will get actual green card) that said I expect your dates to be ready for filling by next October.
